Nothing was ever a drama. Ben was from the start professional but always provided personal service. He answered phone calls quickly and was always available for whatever was needed. The tradesman he used were of a very high standard. We always felt everything was fair and they were open to try new things. The house site was always tidy and after calling out at least once a week we built a great relationship with Jake our builder, who always had a friendly smile and attitude. We have over the years renovated and built our share of houses and can only compliment Ben and his team; in the end they delivered a house we love and hope to retire in. We couldn't fault any of their work. Many Thanks
